White Wines

Alvaredos-Hobbs Godello — $16

This aromatic white beckons with scents of white flowers, stone fruit and citrus with a beguiling undertone of lemon verbena and wet slate. On the palate, the wine presents vibrant notes of grapefruit, apple and lime, with hints of clover honey, tangerine zest and white pepper. Medium-bodied with excellent minerality.

Muga Flora de Muga White Blend — $33.33

On the nose it stands out for its very high intensity of aromas, very complex, in which first the spicy aromas (vanilla, cinnamon) come to the fore, with very faint toasted aromas and in the background, we find citrus fruit (grapefruit, lemon peel) complemented by white blossom. It shows good acidity on the palate, balanced by the smoothness and sense of volume in the mouth. The citrus and spicy notes return. Very long, with a mineral and somewhat phenolic finish as a result of the time spent in the wood.

Red Wine

Bolita — $28

A story of friendship and fortune, Bolita is a rare collaboration between Richard Gonzmart and legendary winemaker Dave Phinney (The Prisoner, Orin Swift). Blending Grenache, Syrah and Carignan from the rugged hills of Côtes Catalanes, Phinney captures both Catalan soul and Ybor City spirit. Phinney even designed the label himself, featuring wooden bolita balls marked 19 & 05 as a nod to our heritage. Named for the once-illicit, underground lottery that thrived in Ybor City, Bolita is bold, alluring and alive with luck, offering deep flavors of blackberry, cocoa and spice. Only 500 cases were produced, crafted exclusively for Columbia Restaurant.

Cune Crianza — $10

A delicious, early drinking criana, with berry and citrus aromas and flavors. Medium body, creamy tannins and fresh finish.

Alidis 6 Mesa — $12

Mature red fruit, with soft toasted fine-wood tannins. Intense and very balanced, where the wood does not diminish the fruit's role.

Alidis Reserva — $24

On the nose predominantly red and black berries with toffee and coffee hints. A succulent palate with strong smell and well integrated tannins. Balsamic and persistent velvet finish. 30 year old vines with 20 months in French oak and 20 months in bottle ageing.

Alidis Expresion — $40

Remarkable complexity of aromas coming from floral notes of blue petals through mature red fruit to coffee, cocoa, vanilla and toffee notes. Round and sweet with surrounding and intense velvet finish.
